All contacts with the area stoma nurses have been great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Jane has been very attentive in working to resolve some irritation issues I have been experiencing. Providing numerous samples and guidance on how best to use the products.

I'm not sure there is anything you can do better TBH, being new to the ostomate world a great deal is down to trial and error and the expert guidance/ recommendations from the team.

The Stoma consultation was amazing thank you. The book and written information was very off putting but the time and effort and knowledge of the staff was amazing. Not just reassuring but with enough time and delivered with a nice slow tone that was easy to understand. Thank you

I was treated with courtesy, kindness & professionalism. No complaints at all.

I don't think anything could have been any better. I was quite worried about having to wear a stoma & I was given information & advice which helped so much to put my mind at rest. After surgery I did not need a stoma which was a great relief. I do know that, had I had to have one, there would have been alot of help & support there for me Thank you

I have accumulated quite a few health problems in my 85 years! - including small strokes, COPD and chest problems, benign essential tremor etc!!

It is my first experience of this kind of problem and I felt well supported and encouraged all the way along

Even since had my bladder removed, and started with my stoma, the team have been caring, understanding and supportive. Absolutely excellent
